The first thing we do with any new buyer is get a sample in their hands. You send us your requirements — size, material, color, whether you need a logo — and we pull from our existing range or work up something close to what you're after. The sample ships out, you hold it, you check it, and you tell us exactly what needs to change.
Nothing gets locked in until you're happy with what's in front of you.
You can see what's happening, in real time
Once production starts, we stay in contact through WhatsApp. That's not a formality — it's how we actually work. If something comes up during a run, you hear about it. If you want a photo of how the color is coming out, we send one. If the packaging is being assembled and you want to see it before it gets sealed, just ask.

What our floor actually looks like
Fifteen injection molding machines, raw material coming in, finished cups going into boxes. It's not glamorous, but it runs — and it runs consistently. Every order that leaves here goes through the same process, whether it's 1,000 pieces or 50,000.
Distance is only a problem if communication breaks down
We've worked with buyers in Europe, Australia, and North America who have never visited Dongguan and probably never will. The orders still go smoothly because we treat communication as part of the job, not an afterthought.
Here's what the process typically looks like end to end:
- You send your requirements — size, material, color, logo specs
- We confirm what's possible and quote you straight
- Sample ships out within a few days for you to check in person
- You approve, request changes, or ask questions via WhatsApp
- Production starts once you're happy — we send updates along the way
- Finished order ships FOB from Dongguan, tracking provided
