Ordering & MOQ

Our MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style. This applies to both standard catalogue designs and custom orders.

If you need multiple styles, each style has its own 1,000-piece minimum. We can combine different styles in a single shipment.

Yes. Each style or color variation requires its own 1,000-piece minimum, but all items can be combined into a single shipment. This is a common approach for buyers who want to test multiple designs before committing to larger quantities.

Production & Lead Time

It depends on whether your order requires a new mold:

Existing mold, no color change: We can ship within 10 days of order confirmation.

New mold required: Approximately 45 days — this covers mold production plus manufacturing time.

Not sure if your design needs a new mold? Send us a reference image or sketch and we'll let you know within 24 hours.

Once you provide your artwork file, we can produce a logo-printed sample within approximately 5 business days.

For bulk orders with logo printing, production time is included in the standard lead time above. Send us your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) for best results.

Samples

Yes. We provide free samples from our existing product range — you only cover the shipping cost.

Samples are sent from our factory in Dongguan, China. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

To request a sample, contact us on WhatsApp or via email and let us know which styles you're interested in.

Custom logo samples are available for qualified buyers who are seriously considering an order. Send us your logo file and we'll produce a printed sample within approximately 5 business days.

Payment

We currently accept:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire) — the most common method for international B2B orders.

WorldFirst (万里汇) — a convenient option for international transfers with competitive exchange rates.

If you require a different payment arrangement, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment.

For first-time orders, we may request full payment upfront. Payment terms can be discussed for established buyers with a track record of orders.

Shipping & Logistics

We ship FOB (Free On Board) from Guangdong, China. This means we handle everything up to the point of loading onto the vessel — you arrange freight forwarding from there.

If you don't have a freight forwarder, we're happy to recommend reliable partners we've worked with for international shipments.

We ship worldwide. We have experience shipping to the USA, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and beyond.

Since we ship FOB, your freight forwarder handles the destination-side logistics — which means there are very few destinations we can't reach.

Materials & Certifications

We use three primary materials, all sourced from Taiwan Plastics (台塑) — one of Asia's most respected plastics manufacturers:

PP (Polypropylene) — durable, flexible, ideal for reusable solid-color cups.

PS (Polystyrene) — high clarity, glass-like transparency at an accessible price point.

AS (Acrylonitrile Styrene) — premium clarity and scratch resistance, closest to real glass in feel.

Using Taiwan Plastics grade materials means our cups meet international food safety standards including FDA requirements.

Our cups are made from Taiwan Plastics grade materials that fully meet FDA standards. However, we don't hold a blanket FDA certificate — requirements vary by buyer, product category, and intended use.

If your business requires formal FDA certification, we can guide you through the process and work with a certified testing lab on your behalf. The cost of certification is covered by the buyer.

Yes. All of our cups are made from BPA-free materials. PP, PS and AS are all BPA-free by nature — none of these materials contain Bisphenol A.

Customization & OEM

We offer a wide range of customization options:

Colors — virtually any color with Pantone matching available.

Logo printing — silk screen, offset, and heat transfer printing. Up to 6 colors.

Size & capacity — standard range 150ml–350ml, custom sizes available with new molds.

Shape & design — custom molds for unique shapes, rim styles, and textures.

Packaging — bulk, retail box, or custom branded packaging.

Yes, both. OEM (manufacturing to your specifications) and private label (applying your brand to our existing designs) are both available.

Most of our international buyers come to us for OEM work — they provide a brief or reference design and we handle the manufacturing. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a quote.
